Terms of Service
Welcome to SKI Technology LLC. By accessing our website or engaging us for IT services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before using our support, cybersecurity, cloud, or consulting services.
Provision of IT Services
SKI Technology LLC agrees to provide IT services as outlined in statements of work, proposals, or service agreements. Services may include managed support, cybersecurity, cloud support, network management, and technology consulting. Delivery of services requires timely cooperation from the client, including necessary system access, credentials, and approvals.
Timelines and Deliverables
IT service delivery and project implementation may involve multiple phases. While SKI Technology LLC makes reasonable efforts to meet estimated timelines, dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by third-party providers, vendor dependencies, or delayed client responses may extend completion timelines.
Payment Terms
Unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement, service fees and setup costs are billed by SKI Technology LLC according to the agreed billing schedule. Third-party software, licensing, and vendor costs are the responsibility of the client unless expressly included. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated. Late payment may result in service suspension.
Service Modifications and Third-Party Platforms
SKI Technology LLC may rely on third-party software, cloud providers, and vendor platforms that can change features, policies, pricing, or integrations. SKI Technology LLC is not liable for service interruptions or limitations caused by third-party platform changes. We reserve the right to adjust implementation approaches to maintain service continuity and protect client interests.
Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, deliverables created specifically for the client are assigned as defined in the applicable agreement. SKI Technology LLC retains ownership of pre-existing tools, methodologies, templates, and general know-how used to perform services. We may use anonymized, aggregated operational data for internal improvement and service planning.
